This is something I've not done on the blog before, but I've seen plenty of other people doing them, and round-up posts are always some of my favourites to read! Plus, August has been pretty hectic this year (in a great way!), so I felt the need to take a little look back on the month, not only for everyone else to read, but for the benefit of my future self. I'm seeing this as my own personal happy list which I can look back on when I need a little nostalgia boost. So, without further ado, I present to you: a few of my favourite things from August.

1. My mental health zine, Stuck in my Head, finally went on sale and the response has been unreal!

2. I discovered this wonderful song and I cannot stop playing it.

3. I got my first post-uni job working on the social media team at ASOS, so I GUESS that was an alright day.

4. My wonderful blogger friend, Hannah, started the first mental health Twitter chat and it was completely wonderful! It's called #TalkMH and is held on Thursday's at 8.30pm. I'll be hosting it on September 8th, so make sure you come join in!

5. I finished reading The Bees by Laline Paull, and it was one of the most intricate and beautifully written books I've read in a very long time. I hugely recommend it!

6. Rupaul's Drag Race and Bake Off are BOTH back on my TV screen this month, meaning August has been that much more campy and wonderful.

7. I have been absolutely LOVING Grace's blog. The girl can write, plus she's just so damn adorable. I can't get enough.

8. I went to my first ever bloggers event in London with my pal Georgie and had the best night sipping cocktails and feeling all classy.

9. I visited Bath for the first time and fell in love.

10. Inspired by Bake Off, I made Tanya Burr's Rocky Road and it was absolute bliss.

I'm thinking of making these round-ups a monthly thing on the blog, so, until next time!
